Apprenticeship as a Personnel Services Clerk (m/f/d)

We offer you an apprenticeship where you will gradually take on exciting tasks independently. Through working in a small team and a tailored training program, you can develop personally and professionally. Your colleagues will always be there to support you.

We are looking for you to strengthen our team at our location in Hamburg.

What you will learn with us:

  • You will support our employees from onboarding to offboarding and always have an open ear for all colleagues
  • You will, for example, create employment contracts and certificates, maintain personnel files, and enter absences such as illness or vacation into our personnel system
  • You will ensure that your colleagues receive their salary and assist with the reimbursement of travel expenses
  • You will review incoming applications, schedule introductory interviews, and support in organizing exciting introductory events
