Your tasks in our team:

You plan and independently carry out construction projects in the field of road and civil engineering, taking on the management and organization of individual measures, specialist personnel and subcontractors
You ensure timely and quality-compliant implementation of all construction projects and are responsible for construction documentation, project billing and construction controlling
You conduct cost calculations, manage contracts and negotiate changes independently, always thinking in a solution-oriented manner
You are responsible for personnel planning and management, as well as ensuring occupational safety
You procure equipment, machinery and materials with a focus on cost and deadlines
In addition to providing excellent customer advice and support, you also attend on-site appointments and conduct inspections of construction progress and results
