    Description

    The Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for the execution of corporate marketing and sales-related strategies. They manage the execution of projects for LT.digital (Land Title's value-add marketing resources for real estate partners), collaborate with the sales team, and assist with corporate communications and employee relations initiatives. Strong writing and social media skills are a must; a passion for all things digital is a plus. Works under Marketing & Communications Director with oversight from the SVP of Sales and Marketing.

    Responsibilities:

    Marketing Support

    • Collaborate with other marketing and communications team members to help fulfill customer orders via our LT.digital website. This includes the creation and customization of marketing materials, customer communication and problem solving.
    • Foster and maintain customer relationships and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Recommend changes in strategy or services provided in response to changing market conditions.
    • Assist with design template editing of postcards and flyers and deliver data requests as needed based on volume of orders (training will be provided).
    • Ongoing brainstorming with the team on new marketing materials and strategies.
    • Incoming order management in HubSpot and Wordpress/ecommerce website.
    • Web content maintenance across all website properties.
    • Grow and help to oversee the LT.digital social media and blog with oversight from Director of Marketing & Communications, including the creation of a strategic framework.
    • Become extremely well-versed with Hubspot.
    • Collaborate with the sales team, including fulfilling promotional item orders and helping with customer-facing events.
    • Coordinate and execute sales representative email campaigns via HubSpot
    • Develop and grow our video strategy for the sales team and company overall.
    • Assist with the creation and editing of Canva templates.
    • Explore new opportunities to maximize our current Continuing Education classes.
    Corporate Communications
    • Assist with the coordination of corporate employee events including our annual summer picnic, our Thanksgiving turkey distribution, Halloween apples, Valentines candies and other company milestone recognition events.
    • With Director, strategize unique content for our employee intranet.
    • Grow and help to oversee the Land Title social media and blog with oversight from Director of Marketing & Communications, including the creation of a strategic framework.
    • Assist with writing copy for web content, emails, newsletters, sales projects, etc
      • A writing sample and/or a writing test may be requested.
    Other Duties
    • Order marketing promotional and print supplies through partner vendors
    • Maintain communication with other offices/departments for project coordination and completion.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by manager; overtime may be required during high volumes or project deadlines.
    • Some travel as needed a few times per year
    • Other administrative tasks and support, as needed.

    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree (B.A. /B.S.) in Business, Marketing, or Communications is strongly preferred
    • Two (2) or more years in marketing is required.
    • Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
    • Experience with graphic design and knowledge of image procurement and design process is a plus.
    • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as social media etc.) and market research methods
    • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
    • Solid computer skills, we use G Suite. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Hubspot are a plus
    Working Conditions:
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
    Compensation:

    The pay range for this position starts at $50,000-$55,000 annually.

    In accordance with Colorado state law, this position is non-exempt and all overtime will be paid at time and a half.

    The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Land Title's total compensation package for employees.
