    Are you the right piece to complete our puzzle?JOB SUMMARYThe Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing general administrative human resources support, assisting with the recruiting and hiring processes, scheduling new employee orientations, assisting our training program, and maintaining HR database.

    The HR Coordinator serves in a hands-on role providing outstanding service and support to our Human Resources Director and the team at Adient Aerospace.

    The successful candidate will be self-motivated and passionate about making things better for our organization and employees.
    SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES

    Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsPerform administrative work, data entry, and maintain HR data in Adient Aerospace's HRIS platformWork with the Payroll team to ensure all timecards, PTO requests, and any other related tasks are completed to process payroll on a biweekly basisReview and approve all temporary agency invoices for Accounts Payable to processProcess new hire paperwork and ensure new hire I-9 compliance and maintenance of current I-9'sProcess new hire, transfer, promotion, and termination paperwork with absolute accuracy for reporting purposesProvide various tracking and reporting as requested by the Senior HR DirectorServe as a subject matter expert on timekeeping system and provide training to functional usersAssist with benefits and 401K enrollment, provide support to employees utilizing the benefits enrollment portal in the HRIS systemRespond to a wide range of employee questions and/or direct employees to the proper resourcesProvide policy and procedure guidanceProvide feedback and updates as needed to the Human Resources TeamPerform other related duties as assignedGENERAL QUALIFICATIONS - Education, Knowledge, and ExperienceEducation:
    High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related fields preferredExperience: 1-2+ years' experience in an HR roleSkills: Data EntryDetail-OrientedMS Office proficiencyOrganization skills with the ability to handle multiple assignmentsStrong communication skillsSkill and ability to work with sensitive information, safeguarding confidential informationPreferred Skills/Experience: Experience with various HR systems such as a HRIS, ATS, Background/Drug Screen Checking and

    Hourly Rate Transparency:
    $22 - $26 per hour, depending on candidate qualifications
