- Achieve or exceed sales/revenue goals by developing and growing sales for accounts in assigned market.

- Utilize the Company's CRM Tool (Salesforce) as means to manage customer relationships, including business reviews, critical documents (i.e. NDAs, Purchase orders, etc), opportunities and leads.

Job Purpose:Generate profitable sales revenue through new customers and growing business with existing clients. Additionally, there will be an expectation to penetrate current markets the company services and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
Experience/Training/Education:
Required: Professional Salesperson who has achieved or exceeded sales and gross profit goals in their career with a minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales. The individual must have experience within the markets we currently service, including an understanding of the transportation industry.
Desired: Well-rounded professional network of individuals within the Pharma & Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
This is primarily an office classification and employees work in an office with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances. Works frequently offsite in various environments; significant travel is required. There is some physical activity of demonstrating the application/removal of our products in the field. Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter and retrieve data using a computer keyboard, typewriter keyboard or calculator and to operate standard office equipment. Must be able to speak clearly and communicate clearly. The position occasionally bends, stoops, reaches, pushes and pulls drawers to retrieve and file information and lifts and carries reports, records, and other materials that typically weigh less than 30 pounds.
