    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Site Engineer will begin the position in Fort Lauderdale but be relocated to Miami after a couple of months. The main responsibility will be to support the Trade Superintendent in the completion of various tasks of the project and will assist with the following tasks:

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordination of construction activities among various trades throughout process
    • Maintenance and enforcement of safety requirements and housekeeping rules as needed
    • Support on work related to construction documentation (drawings, Spec, subcontractor scope of work)
    • Interact with Ownership & Design Team as needed in order to support the Superintendent
    • Coordination of drawings to complete work on various trades
    • Management of RFI's and submittals
    • Among other engineering duties as needed

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Candidate has either recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field or will graduate in the upcoming months
    • Candidate must be available to work full time
    • Ability to write detailed reports using Microsoft products.
    • Candidate must be extremely detail oriented and have great organization skills
    • Critical thinking and analytical skills a must
    • Strong oral and written communications skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
