  • Manage all assigned federal and government construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and government regulations, safety standards, and contract requirements
  • Review and approve project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential

REQ

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role on federal or government projects
  • Strong knowledge of federal and government construction regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera or MS Project
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
  • Experience with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Salary:

$60,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Please note that this is a project-based position.
