- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all federal and government regulations, safety standards, and contract requirements
- Review and approve project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential
REQ
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role on federal or government projects
- Strong knowledge of federal and government construction regulations, standards, and best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera or MS Project
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Experience with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Salary:
$60,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Please note that this is a project-based position.
