    We are looking for an upbeat, organized, and forward-thinking marketing communications specialist to join our team. The firm is well known as a leader in the satellite media tour industry and produces tours from its studio and multiple control rooms at its New York headquarters. Clients include top non-profits, associations, and brands in healthcare, technology, travel, public affairs, financial services, consumer goods, entertainment, and retail. Established in 1986 the firm has won more than 100 industry awards.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Supporting our video production team as Associate Producer of our award-winning video podcast series, "PR's Top Pros Talk...". This includes identifying and interacting with industry leaders, scheduling guests, and creating posts.
    • Supporting the creation of public relations, marketing, and sales content and distributing it across multiple channels including email, social media, trade publications, etc.
    • Updating our WordPress website and utilizing Google Analytics.
    • Creating and executing Google and LinkedIn ads that resonate with potential clients and analyzing the results.
    • Generating media coverage and speaking engagements for company's proprietary research and leadership team.
    • Executing email marketing campaigns and providing data analytics through our marketing automation software and our Salesforce database.
    • Supporting sales team members in creating proposals for national brands and non-profits.
    • Supporting the development of customized business presentations for prospects.
    • Keeping up with trends affecting the marketing and communications space including AI.

    Requirements:

    1-2 years of experience or a recent graduate with compelling internships and skills. Must be located in the New York City Tri-State area. While our work is hybrid, training and onboarding are in-person.

    Skills:

    Must be a creative problem solver with strong oral, written, and Zoom communication skills. We are looking for a team player who is confident to share their thoughts and ideas from day one. Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products. Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, placing Google and LinkedIn advertisements, SalesForce and use of generative AI will be valued.
