    About Us: We are a dynamic molecular laboratory dedicated to fast turn around times and a "white glove" user experiemce. Our extensive array of tests includes diagnostics for UTIs, STIs, gastrointestinal issues, wound infections, nail fungus, and respiratory pathogen panels (RPP), among others. As we expand our reach and capabilities, we seek a skilled Sales Representative with a passion for healthcare and an in-depth understanding of molecular diagnostics to join our team.

    Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will possess robust sales experience, preferably within the molecular diagnostic or outpatient medical sales arena, directly engaging physicians. An existing network in specialties such as pain management, internal medicine, psychiatry, family practice, long-term care, orthopedics, and OB/GYN will be highly regarded. Knowledge of PCR technology and infectious disease testing is advantageous but not mandatory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive the sales of molecular infectious disease testing services using PCR technology (including UTI, STI, RPP, etc.).
    • Generate and convert leads into successful sales.
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with physicians and healthcare providers in assigned territories.
    • Understand and communicate the implementation process, including account onboarding, customer service support, and lab operations.
    • Engage in proactive prospecting through cold calling, in-person visits to healthcare facilities, and networking with existing clients.
    • Develop and execute an annual sales plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Manage and allocate sales resources efficiently, ensuring effective territory coverage.
    • Forecast sales accurately, identify potential account losses early, and devise retention strategies.
    • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws and corporate guidelines.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in outpatient medical sales or molecular diagnostic sales, with direct interactions with healthcare professionals.
    • Established relationships with Internal Medicine, Urology, Primary Care, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Wound Care Providers
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
    • Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with laws and regulations.
