    Overview:

    Infinity Sports Network is searching for a full-time producer for The Bart Winkler Show airing weekday evenings from 10pm-2am ET.

    Responsibilities:

    • What You'll Do: It's all about content - you will edit and assist in creating engaging content for both on-air and digital platforms, while enhancing the show's social and digital branding. You will collaborate with the show host in developing topics and providing support to enhance discussions. The role may include an on-air presence and screening phone calls.
    • In this position, you will:
      • Collaborate closely with the show host, commercial production, and digital team
      • Manage daily expectations of the on-air host and programming strategy
      • Generate engaging topics to drive conversations and increase listenership
      • Build relationships with local teams, PR personnel, and executives
      • Secure appearances from prominent guests
      • Create excitement at local and national levels
      • Utilize video for social media promotion and digital content

    Qualifications:

      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
      • Technical proficiency to handle phone calls and social interactions with listeners
      • Positive attitude
      • Familiarity with national sports news and events
      • Exceptional digital audio and video editing abilities
      • Three years of experience in radio producing and board operation
      • Availability to work weekends and nights when necessary
      • A valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle record, and proof of insurance if personal vehicle use is required

    Additional Information:

    The expected salary range for individuals interested in this position based in New York, NY, is $35,000-$50,000 per year.

    Salaries are determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, and location, as well as internal and external equity.
