    ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an Audio Account Manager, Programmatic Operations As a key member of our programmatic operations team, you will focus on driving audio revenue with our platform partners while partnering with product management, yield teams and sales to drive the programmatic business.

    The successful candidate will have a curiosity of programmatic operations, and a natural ability to partner with our SSP and DSP partners to create innovative programmatic solutions across streaming audio and podcasts.

    YOUR DAY TO DAYManage the day to day with named SSP and DSP partners delivering strong relationships and business results.

    Work closely with platform partners to understand latest tools and products.
    Create external technical and support documentation across all platforms.
    Support troubleshooting of monetization and campaign delivery issues such as under pacing, reporting discrepancies, ad architecture, and technical issues.
    Support local and audio sales with set up, optimization, and delivery of PMPs.
    You will use your deep analytical and technical skills to define innovative solutions to complex programmatic business problems.
    Analyze partner performance and provide recommendations on improvement.
    YOU HAVESolid understanding on the programmatic ecosystem SSP (supply side platform), DSP (Demand Side Platform), Adswhizz, ad operations.
    Proven ability to understand and communicate using technical language.
    Ability to identify issues and opportunities to come up with strong plans of action.
    Strong track record of analytical and technical problem solving.
    Ability to dive into programmatic bid data and identify source of bid activity issue.
