** Assistant Service Manager - West Hills Ford/Mazda**

**Description**

**We are located in Bremerton on the beautiful Kitsap Peninsula and offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits plan to our Assistant Service Managers. Were a short 26 minute drive from Pierce County and a 30-60 minute ferry ride across the water from Seattle.**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for the customer.

Listen to the customer's reason for bringing their vehicle to the service department.

Offer logical diagnostic services or repairs in response to the customer's concerns.

Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended.

Handle minor customer complaints and / or misunderstandings with courtesy, tact, and in a manner that does not further aggravate the problem.

Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the callers inquiry and customer complaints.

Explain all repairs, customer paid and /or warranty. Explain any charges in detail.

Assist in hiring and training new personnel as well as supervising current staff

Assist in setting and exceeding goals set for the department

Assist with the monthly budget

Treat all customers with respect and dignity.
