Implementation of the established quality management
Ensuring the nursing care of residents according to established quality standards
Collaboration with external professionals, doctors, and family members
Preparation for assessments by the Medical Service of the Health Insurance (MDK) for classification of care level
Training of employees in the computerbased documentation system according to the new structure model (DAN)
Independent implementation and sharing of new nursing and medical knowledge
Involvement in the selection and hiring of new employees and managing the team
Guiding employees in economical actions
Point of contact for residents, family members, interested parties, as well as authorities and offices
Participation in public relations
