We are currently seeking a motivated and independent Director of Nursing (m/f/d) with a cooperative leadership style to join our team at Haus Luther Nursing Home in Kitsap Lake, WA.

Haus Luther Nursing Home is a modern, full-service care facility for 96 residents, with a dedicated and enthusiastic team of caregivers.

Nestled in the greenery of Kitsap Lake, our residents find a new home in the heart of Berlin Zehlendorf. We provide them with a safe and caring environment as we walk alongside them on their journey.

What you bring:

You hold a staterecognized qualification as a geriatric nurse, health and nursing professional, or pediatric nurse
You can provide proof of a staterecognized qualification as a Director of Nursing or responsible nursing professional
Alternatively, we welcome applicants with a degree in nursing science (e.g. in nursing management)
Previous experience in a fullservice care facility as a Head of Care or Director of Nursing is desirable
You have a passion for shaping and managing nursing processes
You possess teamwork, organizational skills, empathy, and a sense of responsibility in your nursing practice
You value a cooperative approach to work with different professional groups in order to provide holistic care for our residents
You have good computer skills
