    About the Job

    Title – Senior Executive Compensation Consultant

    Hours – 8 AM – 5 PM, Hybrid

    Pay - $125,000 - $140,000

    Location – Skokie, IL

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 7 years of experience with compensation
    • 2 - 3 years of executive compensation experience
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Workday experience preferred

    Position Description:

    • Lead all executive compensation and equity programs
    • Rebuild job descriptions and job architecture
    • Work with multiple internal stakeholders and leadership for various projects & initiatives
    • Maintain compliance by creating and updating departmental procedures
    • Work in HRIS system for multiple module implementations
