    Description

    Title – Executive Compensation Consultant

    Hours: hybrid

    Pay: $140,000

    Location: Chicago, IL

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 7+ years of relevant compensation experience in a corporate setting or consulting firm
    • Minimum 2 years of direct executive compensation or equity administration experience
    • At least 1 year of people management experience
    • Expertise in Excel and Powerpoint

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the development, communication, and management of the company's executive compensation and equity programs.
    • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including payroll, accounting, tax, HR, legal, and external partners.
    • Create and maintain equity budgeting strategies, conduct modeling, and track equity usage and dilution analyses.
    • Establish policies and procedures to ensure fair, compliant, and competitive executive compensation practices.
    • Stay abreast of global regulations impacting compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
    • Apply knowledge of tax regulations, labor laws, SEC requirements, and other regulatory standards.
    • Ensure that compensation programs align with internal governance guidelines and international regulations.
    • Coordinate with global compensation and recruiting teams on executive compensation decisions.
    • Lead various incentives programs, including Annual Incentive plan and Sales Incentives.
    • Drive equity programs and review processes, contributing to core compensation initiatives as necessary.
    • Offer insights and support during M&A activities.
