- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of relevant compensation experience in a corporate setting or consulting firm
- Minimum 2 years of direct executive compensation or equity administration experience
- At least 1 year of people management experience
- Expertise in Excel and Powerpoint
- Oversee the development, communication, and management of the company's executive compensation and equity programs.
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including payroll, accounting, tax, HR, legal, and external partners.
- Create and maintain equity budgeting strategies, conduct modeling, and track equity usage and dilution analyses.
- Establish policies and procedures to ensure fair, compliant, and competitive executive compensation practices.
- Stay abreast of global regulations impacting compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
- Apply knowledge of tax regulations, labor laws, SEC requirements, and other regulatory standards.
- Ensure that compensation programs align with internal governance guidelines and international regulations.
- Coordinate with global compensation and recruiting teams on executive compensation decisions.
- Lead various incentives programs, including Annual Incentive plan and Sales Incentives.
- Drive equity programs and review processes, contributing to core compensation initiatives as necessary.
- Offer insights and support during M&A activities.
