    Join Our Provider Financial Services (PFS)Division
    ECG's PFS

    Division works with providers to design strategies that drive alignment while being sustainable, scalable, and adaptable.

    As part of our team, you'll help physician and executive leadership make informed decisions that can alter the course of their enterprises in areas such as physician alignment, affiliations between providers, provider compensation planning, valuing services and assets in support of business relationships and acquisitions, and more.

    Our team develops solutions for improving performance in hospitals, physician groups and their affiliated organizations.

    We partner with our clients in the development and design, implementation, and administration of physician and advanced practice provider compensation strategies, balancing their goals of market competitiveness, equity, financial sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

    We work with our clients to develop innovative economic arrangements that align with organizational performance and facilitate growth.

    In addition, we provide transaction advice and expert opinions related to the value of business enterprises, employment and independent contract arrangements, and various asset categories.

    Compensation Advisory, Design, and Administration Services
    Our PFS team develops solutions for improving hospital-physician alignment and integration.

    We partner with our healthcare clients in the development and design, implementation, and administration of physician and advanced practice provider compensation strategies balancing their goals of market competitiveness, equity, financial sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

    We work with our clients to develop innovative economic arrangements that align with organizational performance and facilitate growth.

    Consultant or Senior Consultant
    As a consultant or senior consultantat ECG, you'll be an important part of our consulting team.

    Your Responsibilities May Include:
    Leading appropriate client presentations.
    Leading information-gathering efforts.
    Conducting stakeholder interviews.
    Assisting in developing and managing work plans, schedules, and budgets.
    Leading project management.
    Analyzing, synthesizing, and interpreting data to inform client recommendations.
    Using financial modeling to conduct in-depth analyses and recommend executable strategies.
    Defining project analyses and deliverables.
    Leading teams and implementing recommended solutions.
    Working on multiple engagements.
    Communicating project progress and seeking input.
    Identifying follow-on opportunities and helping scope and close such engagements.
    Working closely with multiple project teams and ECG senior consulting leaders.
    Presenting results to our clients' C-suite leaders.
    Taking responsibility for project outcomes.
    Communicating effectively with management and executive-level client staff.
    Learning about ECG's breadth of solutions and identifying those that reflect personal and professional interests.
    Participating in peer and junior staff knowledge development and career advancement.
    Demonstrating the ability to excel at consulting while balancing work and personal life.
    Acting as an ECG ambassador within personal, professional, and alumni networks.
    Our Expectations of You
    Passion for the healthcare industry
    Prior experience in healthcare consulting, including experience in physician compensation planning (1+ years of applicable experience for the consultant level; 3+ years for the senior consultant level)
    Master's degree in business administration and/or a master's degree in a health-related field; a bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field preferred
    3+ years of experience in healthcare consulting strongly preferred; will also consider progressive responsibility in a healthcare environment
    A proven track record in operations or performance improvement, including healthcare administration and management
    Demonstrated diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative skills
    Track record of strong client and/or patient service
    Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibilities
    Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    Strong written and verbal presentation skills
    Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
    Job Locations
    Chicago, Dallas, or Minneapolis. This position has in-office responsibilities. Must be able to w

    ork a hybrid schedule with days in the office and days remote.

    The estimated base salary range for this job is $110,000 - $138,000 annually.

    It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting.

    The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes.

    This job is eligible to participate in ECG's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects ECG's pay-for-performance philosophy.

    The job is also eligible to participate in ECG's benefit plans, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimitedPTO, and other wellness programs.
