    Join Our Provider Financial Services (PFS) Division

    Be a part of ECG's PFS Division that partners with providers to develop sustainable and scalable strategies. If you join us, you will assist medical professionals and leadership in making critical decisions that impact their organizations positively, including physician alignment, affiliations, compensation planning, and more.

    Our team focuses on enhancing performance in hospitals, physician groups, and their affiliated entities. We collaborate with clients to design and implement compensation strategies for physicians and advanced practice providers that align with their goals of competitiveness, equity, and regulatory adherence.

    • Conducting stakeholder interviews.
    • Leading project management.
    • Using financial modeling for in-depth analyses.
    • Defining project analyses and deliverables.
    • Working on multiple engagements.
    • Presenting results to C-suite leaders.
    • Participating in knowledge development and career advancement.

    Your Role at ECG: Consultant or Senior Consultant

    As a consultant at ECG, you will play a vital role in our team, working with industry experts to achieve your career objectives while positively impacting lives. Your responsibilities may vary, from leading client presentations to identifying new opportunities for growth and development.

    Key Expectations

    • Prior experience in healthcare consulting.
    • Master's degree in business administration or a health-related field.
    • Demonstrated analytical skills and strong client service.
    • Strong presentation and Excel skills.
    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

    Locations

    This position is based in Chicago, Dallas, or Minneapolis with a hybrid work schedule.

    Schedule

    This is a full-time/exempt position.

    Salary Information

    The estimated salary range for this role is $110,000 - $138,000 annually, with an opportunity for performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.
