- Ability to obtain and maintain USG Secret clearance
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
- Experience leading development programs in fiber optic communications.
- Experience increasing profitability on large scale manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience accelerating delivery dates and improving yields.
- Experience with earned value program management and risk management is preferred.
- Background in Engineering and/or technical development is preferred
- Current or in-scope TS/SCI security clearance is preferred.
- Ability to gain Special Access (SAP) security clearance.
- Graduate Degree is preferred.

L3Harris is seeking a Principal Program Manager that directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
These programs involve engagements with multiple USG organizations, primary with the USMC and NAVAIR and primes, as well as managing competitive pursuits and shaping follow on value added ECPs.
Experience leading development programs is required, with demonstrated success in transitioning them to programs of record, in partnership with USG stakeholders and industry partners.
This program manager will drive program execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow.
