- Outerspaces Operations Management team is responsible for managing some of our most important client relationships.
- Youll work closely with senior employees at these companies and their customer care representatives to ensure that were meeting all of their needs and are executing against their vision.
- Essentially, you become an extension of their team.
- You will not only solve various challenges daily, but also proactively engage in improving our workflows and operations.
- Were looking for a natural relationship builder who will be comfortable taking on tasks both big and small, from simple order edits to larger, strategic projects.
- Youll be communicating with clients daily via phone, facetime, Slack, text message and email.
- You will also be managing and leading the warehouse operations responsible for your brands and working alongside them as time allows.
- Build long-term relationships with your contacts at fast-growing brands and deeply understand their strategy and goals
- Solve various daily issues both big and small to ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with company leaders from multiple functions to improve our product and service
- Make clients love Outerspace by proactively offering advice on industry best practices and creative solutions.
- Lead and contribute to projects to develop and refine our operations
- Resourceful problem solver.

- Has 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of top performance
- Strong attention to detail
- Impeccable email and writing skills
- Ability to comfortably communicate via phone, facetime, slack, text message or email depending on client preference.
- Requires the ability to assist in warehouse as needed (and lift up to 20 lbs)
- Ability to operate in an often ambiguous and fast-paced environment
