    QUAD is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with the ability change company culture, develop people, and improve communications for a Center City financial services client. Hybrid work environment.

    The HR Business Partner will be responsible for cultivating effective relationships with employees and management, as well as creating a culture that achieves business results and builds morale and engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilizing benchmarking, metrics, and employee feedback for organizational development
    • Participating in performance management initiatives
    • Assisting with process changes improvements
    • Collaborating with various departments on leave of absences processes, staffing plan development, and driving talent assessment
    • Entering employment life cycle changes data into HRIS systems and monitoring as needed
    • Supporting job description development and review
    • Managing reward and recognition programs

    Skills/Competencies:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
    • 5+ years' experience in HR as a business partner
    • Thorough knowledge of employment law
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Microsoft Office proficiency

    Additional Details:

    Employment Type: Direct Hire

    Salary: $95k + bonus
