    What will you be doing?

    As an employee working within the you will assist older adults and people with disabilities of all ages to achieve well-being through opportunities for community living, employment, family support and services that promote independence, choice and dignity.

    As a CSSU Administrative Specialist, you will:

    • Senior Farm Direct Nutrition Program (SFDNP):
      • Coordinate program implementation, support participants, and ensure compliance.
      • Manage scanning, handle correspondence, and provide guidance on program rules.
    • Program Assistance:
      • Support contract management, monitor operations, and conduct surveys.
      • Ensure program compliance, serve as a liaison between agencies, and respond to inquiries.

    What you need to qualify

    • Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR
    • An associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR
    • An equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Essential attributes

    We are looking for candidates with experience:

    • Experience communicating clearly, concisely, and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
    • Demonstrated experience in actively listening to transcribe meeting notes efficiently and accurately.
    • Experience using organizational skills, prioritization, and time management to meet deadlines.
    • Flexibility in adapting to shifting demands and allocating resources accordingly.
    • Proficient in navigating technology, inputting, and retrieving data, and using various computer systems or databases, including Microsoft 365 programs.
    • Aptitude for quickly grasping and comprehending complex processes and procedures.
