The Oregon State Police in Salem, Oregon is looking to hire for a Full-Time, Permanent Administrative Specialist 2 position.

Responsibilities:

- Process set asides, motions, and other court orders through positive fingerprint identification to update criminal history information. - Work independently with general knowledge of CJIS Division operations and specific knowledge of the set aside process.

Minimum Qualifications:Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience, an associate degree in general office occupations and two years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills:

Working with Courts, Prosecutors, and Defense Attorney's.
Reviewing court judgements and orders.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
Effective communication skills.

Special Qualifications:

Must be LEDS certified or able to obtain certification upon hire.
