    We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Heritage Lake community.



    About the Position:

    • Location: Knoxville, TN
    • Responsible for all general maintenance tasks within the 262-unit apartment community, including routine upkeep and property preservation

    Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM, with rotating on-call responsibilities for added compensation.

    Responsibilities:
    • Perform maintenance and repairs on various property components
    • Create and maintain maintenance schedules for different tasks
    • Oversee contract work and ensure quality standards
    • Prepare vacant apartments for rental showings
    • Act as emergency maintenance contact during assigned shifts
    • Manage property budget and inventory
    • Attend industry meetings and seminars
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience
    • Previous supervisory experience preferred
    • Background in multi-family or institutional maintenance
    • High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education preferred
    • EPA universal license for HVAC or ability to acquire within 30 days
    • Relevant certifications are a plus
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of various systems
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with YARDI software are beneficial
    Physical Demands: Regular physical activity involving standing, bending, lifting, and more.
