    Description

    We're looking for an Office Support Technician for an onsite role near Summerville, SC. If you're looking for a new opportunity, apply today

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and resolve IT hardware and software issues using a variety of communication methods (remote support, phone, email, tickets, etc.)
    • Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software
    • Follow-up with end users to ensure all problems are appropriately resolved
    • Know the technical workings of our available products by heart and continuously stay up to date with the latest features and product changes

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Must be able to work on a W-2
    • 1 year as a help desk technician or other customer facing role within IT
    • Experience with ServiceNow
    • Ability to maintain PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile phones, and other IT hardware
    • Strong Windows OS knowledge required
    • Possess strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
    • Ability to prioritize efforts based upon business impact

    Education/Certifications:

    • ITIL certification preferred

    Location: Near Summerville, SC.

    The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
