- Develop and facilitate job and career reediness curriculum
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to meet the needs of the students
- Advocate for the JAG program with community employers, parents, civic groups and legislators
- Provide guidance, counseling and support
- Assist students in finding and maintaining employment
- Document and report to track student success
- FSC offers a very competitive wage for this full-time, exempt position with a minimum starting rate of $$51,214.06 /year with additional compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements.

JAG Career Specialists identify, recruit and instruct students to help them gain necessary skills to attain graduation with a successful transition from school to career with advancement opportunities.
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE
Bachelor's degree, experience working with high school students and one (1) plus years work-related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to work 12 months per year. Must pass a criminal background check.
