On behalf of a nursing company, we are looking for an Area Manager (m/f/d) for nursing management for a nationwide deployment for direct placement.

YOUR TASKS:

Development and implementation of longterm nursing concepts and strategies
Leadership, motivation and further development of the nursing team, ensuring optimal personnel deployment planning
Monitoring and ensuring nursing quality according to current standards and legal requirements.
Building and maintaining networks with internal and external stakeholders, promoting an effective communication culture
Responsibility for resource planning, budgeting and control in the nursing area

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed training in the field of nursing (diploma, bachelor's degree or comparable qualification)
Several years of experience in a management position in nursing management
