Position Overview
The Associate Manager, Screening Solutions Specialists, Remote is responsible for leading a team of Screening Solutions Specialists, Remote.

This role is responsible for driving sales and support of Exact Sciences' products to physicians and other health care providers, via inbound and outbound call efforts.

This individual will be responsible for driving sales results within their specified sales region and supporting strategic sales initiatives.

This individual will train, coach, and provide performance management for the team in addition to collaborating across the broader commercial function to pull through various initiatives.


Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Successfully lead and supervise team members.
  • Provide ongoing performance management by holding team members to expectations e.g. team objectives, sales strategy, call activities, selling skills, etc. sales partners to carry out sales initiatives.
  • Perform day to day coaching sessions, filling out Call Coaching Reports (CCRs), and delivering feedback.
  • Analyze and manage the assigned team's sales metrics and call activity, reporting of progress with secondline leader e.g. accountable for monitoring outbound call metrics to ensure reach and frequency of calls to ensure account penetration.
  • Responsible for ensuring sales force compliance in all Quality, Regulatory and Company policies and guidelines.
  • Responsible for performing regular business reviews and implementing strategic business decisions e.g. targeting, prioritizing resources, etc.
  • Support mentoring and training of new firstline leaders.
  • Supervise staff including but not limited to organize and prioritize work, write/conduct performance reviews, train/develop, and manage work performance.
  • Communicate goals clearly to employees to ensure understanding and success in achieving them.
  • Motivate and inspire employees to do their best work through coaching.
  • Maintain morale and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Implement and pull through sales training and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure the effective use of sales process and approved product marketing and promotion material
  • Accountable for assigned area's sales targets, and maintain ongoing reporting of progress with secondline leader.
  • Demonstrated skill sets in driving results through strategic approach.
  • Interviewing and selecting highly qualified ISRs to scale or backfill positions.
  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
  • Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
  • Ability to work designated schedule.
  • Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as needed.
  • Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
  • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
  • Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously.
  • Ability to use a telephone through a headset.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; or high school degree/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or commercial function such as sales, sales training, marketing or related role.
  • 1+ years of experience leading or directing people and/or project teams.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience leading Screening Solutions Specialists, Remote.
  • Experience leading a sales team in healthcare field.
  • Experience selling a brand in launch stages.

Salary Range:
$85, $135,000.00


The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis.

In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually.
