    Description

    Our client, a San Diego-based automotive manufacturing organization, is seeking a talented IT Systems Support Specialist to add to their team. This position operates onsite in San Marcos, CA.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide computer, telecom, and technical support for Business Operations. Assists end-users with computer, network, hardware, and software needs
    • Provide telecom support to ensure system functionality and reliability
    • Provide onsite support for computer infrastructure equipment and security access to and within building
    • Triage, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve end-user and systems technical issues
    • Work with technical resources to provide quality service to all customers within SLA
    • Perform daily systems monitoring ensuring maximum uptime
    • Contribute to efficient process using iterative Agile methodology to complete tasks on time
    • Support the overall business and technical strategy that maintains technical security compliance
    • Computer Support includes system user setup (SSO / AD / Email / Applications), desktop / server setup, patching, backup maintenance activities
    • Telecom Support includes basic LAN/WAN and TCP/IP troubleshooting, telephony systems, wireless access, printers, security systems maintenance activities

    Required Qualifications:

    • IT Degree / Certification in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
    • Experience with Process Maturity across IT operations
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills while handling multiple tasks
    • Strong adherence to Agile / Lean project / product methodologies
