    Customer Service Representative (CSR)

    • Pay starts at $19 / hour, negotiable for the right experience and qualifications
    • 6-month contract opportunity with potential for extension and access to benefits including medical, dental, and vision
    • A hybrid schedule for a flexible and supportive environment must be within 50 miles of Wayne, PA
    • Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm schedule
    Your new role as a customer service representative:
    • Answer incoming customer calls and process account change requests
    • Process requests for lease documentation and fee waiver requests
    • Perform account audits and reconciliations
    • Process cancellation requests and process payments
    • Add or adjust purchase orders, outside vendor requests, and due dates
    Your experience to be a customer service representative:
    • Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
    • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree strongly preferred
    • Experience in financial services is a plus
