In the collective employment relationship, remuneration is based on TVöD-VKA, subject to the fulfillment of personal classification requirements.

The position can also be filled with complementary part-time employees.


Responsibilities:

  • Independent processing of ongoing cases approved under the Social Code (SGB) XII, as well as decisionmaking on continued benefit applications
  • Independent processing of all applications for onetime benefits in ongoing cases, including examination of asset utilization in accordance with administrative law principles and considerations
  • Preparation of recovery notices, criminal complaints, and selfdamage reports
  • Settlement of reimbursement claims according to Sections 102 ff. SGB X
  • Processing of cost reimbursements with other social welfare agencies
  • Preparatory processing based on decisions of the team leaders responsible for the department
  • Decisionmaking on the loanbased provision of benefits
