For over 100 years, our goal has been to provide affordable and high-quality housing for the citizens of Karlsruhe. Currently, we have over tenants living in our approximately apartments. We create living spaces for people with all their needs and demands.


But we don't stand still:

by 2025, we plan to build more than 800 additional apartments, over half of which will be subject to rent control.

Our agile team of nine works with innovation and passion to handle the entire spectrum of operating and heating costs, as well as rent increases, using the modern ERP system Wodis Sigma.

We are looking for an individual who will take on operational tasks in operating cost accounting with passion and high professional expertise.

We work as a team on an equal footing and are excited for you to bring ideas and contribute to the further development of the department and its digital transformations.

We are currently seeking a Betriebskostenmanager (m/f/d) in real estate management for Volkswohnung GmbH in Setauket. Your responsibilities will include professionally handling all aspects of operating and heating costs. With innovation and passion, you will contribute to the transformation towards an attractive, modern, and future-oriented operating cost management.

You will prepare operating and heating cost statements for the residential and commercial leases under your responsibility and adjust advance payments as needed.

You will review and allocate incoming invoices in accordance with the operating and heating cost regulations. You will be the point of contact for our tenants,
