My name is Huyen and I am a Senior Graphic Designer and Team Lead of the Creative Department.

We are a team of creative minds and we want to create unique social media advertising graphics that take social media branding to the next level.


To further our mission, we are looking for a/an:
Art Director - Become the conductor of our creative orchestra (m/f/d)


Responsibilities:

  • You lead the team of creative minds (graphic design & 3D) and are the main point of contact for clients and employees.
  • You lead and guide design projects with the goal of always achieving the highest quality.
  • You are confident and empathetic.
  • You are proactive, full of ideas, and creative.
  • You see challenges as opportunities to grow and exceed expectations.
  • You develop impressive visual content from creative ideas for various placements (especially for social media and marketplaces).
  • Focus: Marketing and performance design for sales and ad campaigns.

Qualifications:

Experience:
You have several years of experience in developing design projects and leading creative teams, ideally in creative agencies/start-ups.


Mindset:
You have a growth mindset and strongly identify with the start
