  • VON ARDENNE GmbH Dresden is currently seeking a fulltime Senior Group Accountant (M/F/d) to join our Group Accounting & Tax team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements for internal and external stakeholders and managing our international group entities.

Taking on responsibility together:


  • Assisting in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including management, shareholders, and banks
  • Validating the individual financial statements of German VON ARDENNE companies and reviewing the correct transition from Local GAAP to HGB for 6 international group entities
  • Responsible for implementing new or revised accounting standards across the group and advising our subsidiaries on practical implementation
  • Designing and implementing transfer pricing strategies and models, as well as participating in ongoing monitoring and control of transfer prices
  • Creating and updating global and local transfer pricing documentation; drafting and maintaining intercompany agreements

Bringing in your own expertise:


  • Focus on accounting and taxation or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, experience in international accounting and tax law with a focus on transfer pricing
  • Experience with consolidation, accounting, and reporting systems (ideally LucaNet, SAP FI/CO)
  • Proficiency in all common MS Office applications
  • Excellent German and English skills for international communication with our group entities
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to the USA and Asia
