The District Manager (DM) is responsible for leading their team of Area Managers and hourly team to provide exceptional inventory service to our Customers. The DM should lead their team with outstanding people leadership; ensuring a strong and focused team. The DM is responsible for driving financial success through proper budget planning, scheduling, expense control, and P&L management. The DM leads their team with passion, and integrity, while facing challenges with an optimistic attitude. The DM will work with their leader, district partners, and field support partners to grow talent within their district and increase their business footprint. Position Requirements:
Working Conditions: This position requires frequent travel via automobile and air. You must have the ability to adapt to changing working conditions such as standing, sitting for long periods of time, as well as frequent walking, bending, squatting, or kneeling. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work up to 10-hour shifts regularly. Occasional longer-distance travel via plane or automobile, including overnight stays may be required.
