    We seek to hire a

    Director of Recruiting

    to run our day-to-day recruiting operations.

    This position is very hands-on and requires an individual who can focus energy in a variety of places at the same time.

    It could be said that this role consists of keeping tabs on 'people and tasks'. Solid relationship-building skills are critical, as is a desire to maintain order and momentum.


    We have found that our most successful talent acquisition directors are people who can deliver excellence to all of the constituents they serve.

    Despite the many demands of their attention, somehow, they find their balance all the while keeping their clients front of mind.


    Responsibilities:
    Proactively source candidates for the financial services professional role, and other roles as needed.
    Maintain candidate relationships throughout the interview process.
    Conduct initial phone screens, facilitate, and participate in first round in-person interviews.
    Oversee recruiting marketing including participation in recruiting events, career fairs, candidate attraction campaigns, firm social media presence.
    Maintain our candidate database and run reports to analyze recuriting metric.
    Complete contract and licensing related tasks.

    Qualifications:
    Organized and focus
    An excellent manager of time, people, tasks, resources, relationships, and most importantly, yourself.
    Comfortable interacting with (phone, in-person) and influencing people at all levels inside and outside the firm.
    Involved in the communities that matter to you.

    Experience Needed:

    2-5 years recruiting experience, or commensurate sales experience
    Prior experience analyzing reports and metrics
