Description

Duties:


  • Lead and develop a fast paced recruiting department hiring 15 + employees monthly
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms (CRM, ATS, Linkedin Recruiter and Indeed)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions
  • Conduct training development for recruiters on best practices in recruitment
  • Implement strategies to decrease spend

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or similar role
  • Indepth knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices
  • Ability to lead and work in highpressure, fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
