- Assuring the best resident care by supervising and directing Nursing Personnel
- Serving as a liaison for all nursing staff and nurse management
- Making decisions regarding nursing and unit problems
- Attending and supervising wound rounds weekly
- Participating in facility surveys
- Communicating effectively with staff, physicians, and resident's families
- Flexible start and end time (7am-8am to 3pm-4pm) M-F
