- Manage Enterprise Clients that have purchased Five9's Premium Support offering
- Implement, troubleshoot, and support Five9 call center software solutions
- Optimize Five9 call center software solutions for Customers
- Develop materials aligned with sales and services requirements
- Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- 7+ years of experience in implementation/consulting services, support, or sales engineering
- Project management, client management, and technical call center skills
- Experience in the Call Center industry
- Proficiency in TCP/IP Networking, VoIP applications, and WAN applications
- Knowledge of PBX, ACD, CTI, IVR, and other call center technologies
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel
- B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience
- Understanding of PC operating systems, especially Windows and Linux
- Experience with SaaS model and applications
