En este puesto, tendrás la oportunidad de:
Construirás y mantendrás una relación sólida con los clientes.
Serás el principal punto de contacto para todos los asuntos claves del cliente, te anticiparás a las necesidades del cliente, trabajará dentro de la empresa para garantizar que se cumplan los plazos para el cliente y ayudará al cliente a tener éxito, de igual manera, atraerás nuevos negocios de clientes o contactos existentes y desarrollará nuevas relaciones con clientes potenciales.
Responsabilidades:
Desarrollar una relación sólida y de confianza entre los clientes VAR y la empresa
Resolver los principales problemas y quejas de los clientes
Desarrollar una comprensión completa de las necesidades de las cuentas VAR
Anticipar cambios y mejoras en las cuentas de los VAR
Gestionar las comunicaciones entre los clientes VAR y los equipos internos
Gestionar el equipo de cuentas asignado a cada cliente
Planificación estratégica para mejorar los resultados de los clientes.
Negociación de acuerdos comerciales con las cuentas VAR y
establecimiento de objetivos
anuales/trimestrales.
Establecimiento y supervisión de presupuestos internos con la empresa y externos con el cliente.
Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para maximizar los beneficios mediante up-selling o cross-selling.
Planificar y presentar informes sobre el progreso de la cuenta, los objetivos y las iniciativas trimestrales para compartirlos con los miembros del equipo, las partes interesadas y su posible uso en futuros estudios de casos o en la formación de la empresa.
Satisfacer todas las necesidades y entregas del cliente de acuerdo con los plazos propuestos.Analizar los datos de los clientes para gestionar su relación con ellos.
Ampliar las relaciones y atraer a nuevos clientes.
¿Quién eres?
Ingeniero eléctrico o afines.
4 años de experiencia en ventas, gestión, gestión de cuentas VAR.
Conocimientos técnicos en electrónica de potencia y/o sistemas y soluciones eléctricas trifásicas.
Dominio de CRM y Microsoft Office Suite intermedio.
Dominio del español y del inglés (Bilingüe)
Disponibilidad para viajar
