Eagle peak Solutions has recently expanded into the
Vallejo area.

We are extremely excited to take on this new business venture with one of the top household brands in the nation.

Our primary goal as a partner on this campaign is to spread awareness, educate consumers, and facilitate new customer acquisition.

We do this by working with specific consumers in the surrounding areas.


As we have seen exponential growth, we are looking to expand our team We would not be successful without our account management team.

We are looking for customer-centric, driven individuals, and looking to take on a new challenge to join our team as the
Account Manager Trainee.



Responsibilities of the Account Manager Trainee:

  • Work closely with senior members of the account management team in order to learn proper customer service and sales techniques, how to interact with client customers, and master all client product knowledge
  • Participate in both classroom and shadowstyle training in order to fully understand the ins and outs of the entrylevel role
  • Meet directly with customers with the goal of building relationships, educating them on client products and services, and closing sales when necessary
  • Learn and understand the full sales cycle and be able to complete it while following all client compliance guidelines
  • Keep a customer record of all interactions and be sure to report back to our client with these results in order to ensure customer records are constantly updated
  • Network and trade tips ad tricks with other Sales & Customer Service Representatives to ensure that the team is consistently moving toward the goal
  • Help to teach and train other members of the sales & customer service team that may be struggling

Requirements of the Account Manager Trainee:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Communications or any other fields of study relating to sales and marketing are preferred
  • Must have a passion for working with people, both internally and externally within our team and with customers
  • Must be driven and someone who doesn't like to settle for themselves, someone who is constantly looking to push the envelope

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
