- Review and oversee the manufacturing of designs.

- Ensure products are user- and environment-friendly and comply with the industry's safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Prepare documentation, such as bills of materials and purchase requisitions.
- Develop and implement creative design solutions to problems.
- Organize plans and create schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, product design, industrial design, or related field; degree in mechanical engineering with an emphasis on structural design preferred.
- 3-5 years' previous experience in a similar role
- Advanced design skills.
- Product-focused creative thinking.
- In-depth knowledge of industry design principles.
- Functional knowledge of metal fabrication. Experience in machining/CNC or CAM programming preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong working knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) or engineering software. Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD/Inventor preferred.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Strong aptitude for creating detailed fabrication blueprints and instructions.

We are an ASME/NBIC-certified production shop.We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and organized manufacturing design engineer to join our growing team. In this position, you will research and develop new ideas and prototypes to create and build for our company.
You will create calculation reports and fabrication-level blueprints, collaborate with key suppliers, and oversee the manufacturing of prototypes and final building.
