Your Responsibilities


As a Software Engineer (m/f/d) at Hamilton Branch, you will work directly on the development of our AI-based products and services. You will be responsible for designing and implementing powerful backend systems that support and scale our AI algorithms. Your contribution is crucial in turning our vision into achievable solutions.

  • You will develop backend services in Python and operate them on our own infrastructure
  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices to support our AI features
  • You will collaborate with our machine learning engineers to integrate and scale AI models
  • You will ensure system stability and performance through automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and technology stacks
  • You will actively participate in shaping our AI strategy and architecture
  • You will work in agile teams, following Scrum and Kanban methodologies

Your Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in software development with Python
  • You have a solid understanding of developing backend solutions and microservices
  • You have a degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field, with a focus on software
