- Oversee all payroll functions
- Processing bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including benefits, taxes, and other deductions
- Supervise Payroll staff and
- Develop and communicate policies and procedures to improve business and operational efficiencies
- Assist with preparing GL payroll journal entries
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll best practices
- Assist with financial, payroll and external audits
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 10+ years of multi-state and international payroll experience for large company
- Proficient with ADP WorkForce Now and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations, and controls

Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Manager for our client in Menlo Park, CA.This full-time direct hire position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
The Payroll Manager will supervise a team of two payroll accounts, process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensure compliance with best practices, maintain accurate records, and assist with audits.
This role requires at least 10 years of payroll experience and strong organizational skills.Responsibilities:
