Operations Manager (m/f/d) for Damage Restoration

Your responsibilities

Providing decisionmaking basis for the project manager (e.g. deployment of personnel and materials, selection of subcontractors)
Organizing project execution
Maintaining customer contact during construction projects
Assisting the project manager in creating invoices and quotes
Managing employees and coordinating subcontractors
Ensuring compliance with company and quality standards
