Your Responsibilities:


  • Presenting complex technical descriptions in an understandable form and ensuring formal and linguistic accuracy
  • Procuring relevant documents needed for the creation of technical documentation (e.g. from IT systems, archives, suppliers, or from design)
  • Analyzing and evaluating the procured documents regarding their implementation in the documentation to be created
  • Commissioning, instructing, and monitoring the further processing stages (graphics and proofreading)
  • Corresponding with internal/external departments as well as clients and subcontractors
  • Creating progress reports for your own work packages
  • Conducting research and reviewing documentation on the systems to be described.

Your Qualifications:


  • Completed degree or vocational training with further education as a technician in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar
  • Strong technical understanding and practical experience in one of the following areas: mechanical, aircraft, or shipbuilding, electrical, electronics, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of creating technical documentation is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and systematically
  • Good knowledge of military technology is desirable
  • Good English skills in written and spoken form.
