The company Schmitt Stahlbau GmbH is a medium-sized company in the steel and metal processing industry.

For over 90 years, we have been producing steel structures, pipeline components, pressure vessels, and plant components (apparatus construction) for industrial use.

We currently have a position available for an apprentice (m/f/d) as a Technical Product Designer in Roscoe, MO.


Organization of the apprenticeship:


  • Duration: 3 years
  • Possibility of shortening the apprenticeship with good performance
  • Training locations: Department of Work Preparation
  • Final exam before the Chamber of Industry and Commerce

Responsibilities:

  • As a Technical Product Designer, you will create designs, detailed drawings, and manufacturing drawings using modern CAD systems according to technical specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum completion of secondary school or higher qualification
  • Enjoy working with computers and technology
  • Good understanding of logical and mathematical relationships
  • Team spirit and reliability
  • Initiative, flexibility, and willingness to take on responsibility
