The
Aller-Weser-Klinik gGmbH, located in the geographically interesting triangle of Hamburg-Bremen-Hannover, operates the hospital in Verden with 131 beds and the hospital in Achim with 140 beds, together providing care for 15,000 inpatients and 29,000 outpatients annually in the district of Verden.

The city of Achim is only one train station or a 10-minute drive from the city center of Bremen.


In addition to the clinics for general internal medicine and geriatrics, urology, plastic, hand and foot surgery, orthopedics, anesthesia, and a ward for ENT medicine, the hospital in Achim also has a clinic for trauma surgery, orthopedic surgery, and general surgery.

The intensive care unit currently has 6 beds and 2 ventilator places.


Your Profile:


  • Completed specialist training in intensive and anesthesia care
  • Ideally, a further qualification/study for management tasks in nursing or willingness to complete such a qualification/study
  • Several years of professional experience in intensive care nursing
  • Willingness to accompany and shape changes
  • Willingness to take on responsibility
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Interdisciplinary thinking and economic working methods
