The VP Channel Marketing, ScanSource Specialty develops market strategies that position the company to achieve long term growth, while meeting annual revenue and profitability goals.
Providing leadership for the development of strategic marketing plans that align with and support business goals, the VP Channel Marketing, ScanSource Specialty partners with supplier, sales and other business leaders to ensure the best possible service, offerings and effective communications to customers and other key audiences.
The ideal candidate must be an accomplished, innovative, business leader who is both bold and creative in tackling the responsibilities associated with this position.
The desired candidate must have 10+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams.Essential Job Duties:
Leadership/Talent DevelopmentBuild and develop a world-class marketing management team capable of carrying out required marketing strategies.
Develop and implement a cohesive regional marketing plan that aligns with overall sales, customer engagement and brand development objectives,Lead and develop talent of the ScanSource Specialty marketing teamsMonitor and prioritize marketing campaigns to ensure consistency of brand, allocate resources efficiently and drive desired outcomesDirect and oversee talent and recruitmentParticipate in strategic planning of the company's objectivesSet measurable team goals and manage to desired resultsWork closely with supplier services VPs to understand positioning and programs to incorporate into the Specialty GTM plan.

Requirements:

Requirements:
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for long periods of time.

Total compensation range:
$170,000-$200,000Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. For non-sales roles and sales roles with a variable component, total compensation reflects both a base salary and variable targets. Outside of CA, ScanSource grants 128 hours of paid time off (PTO) each calendar year (prorated for date of hire).In the state of CA, employees accrue a set number of hours each pay period equaling the same 128 hours of PTO.ScanSource also celebrates 8 paid company holidays.
