We are currently seeking an

Assistant Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
for our location in Friedberg, starting as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating internal and external meetings for the Marketing Department Manager
Organizing and managing business trips
Handling various administrative tasks, such as incoming and outgoing mail, ordering materials, and coordinating vacations
Managing the ongoing marketing budget and annual budget planning, as well as preparing monthly and yearly financial statements
Maintaining and managing the digital department filing system
Providing central support for the marketing intranet


Your profile should include:
Completed commercial apprenticeship
Several years of experience in an assistant role, preferably in the marketing field
Good computer skills, particularly with MS Office products
Strong organizational skills and excellent teamwork and communication abilities
Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for working in a team
